‍Marketing Fellow

Think Rubix and Company is looking for an energetic professional to assist with ongoing marketing campaigns and prospective new business. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage assigned tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating activities across multiple client accounts, conducting research, taking notes, collecting feedback, summarizing data and creating reports. We welcome initiative and new ideas that will help our agency be more efficient in creating success for our do-good clients.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily administrative and project support needs

  • Attend meetings and take notes, transcribe calls, provide reports
  • Compile and summarize client discovery details
  • Create clean, new documents from duplicates/templates 
  • Submit work for awards

Support creative team in organizing various projects

  • Assist with the production of marketing materials, collateral and promotional presentations
  • Post online content on the company’s social media accounts and/or blog
  • Proofread copy for various formats

Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories 

  • Manage and update the company database and CRM; compile contact lists as directed 
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate and coordinating the creation of new materials as needed.

Help organize and coordinate meetings and marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows

  • Identify, assemble, and coordinate requirements, establish contacts, develop schedules and assignments

Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data

  • Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
  • Identify and evaluate organizational characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintain research databases

Required Skills

Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience as a marketing fellow

Good understanding of office management and marketing principles

Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)

  • Any additional software knowledge a plus, especially including Monday, Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey, DashThis, Feathr, EventBrite, Wordpress, Webflow, Wix, HTML

Understanding of social media (posting, tracking, etc.)

Exquisite communication skills

High School diploma; Bachelors in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
