Kenneth Worles, Jr.


Kenneth Worles, Jr. serves as a Principal at Think Rubix & Co. A Middle Tennessee State University alum, Kenneth Worles Jr. has spent the last 15 years honing his craft and creating a name for himself as an expert in the marketing and advertising industry. Previous to joining Think Rubix, Kenneth built Three(i) Creative Communications from the ground up as an award-winning full-service marketing agency for do-good brands and causes.

During his time at Three(i), Kenneth led a team in Memphis and Washington, DC to help brands across the nation increase engagement, build relationships, and magnify bold messages. Some of those prominent clients include The White House, Saks Fifth, NAACP, YMCA, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Kenneth has been recognized by Black Enterprise Magazine, 40 Under 40 by Memphis Business Journal and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and as a 2022 Power Player by Memphis Magazine.

When Kenneth isn’t working to improve his community, he enjoys being a husband to Jasmine Worles, father to Nile Worles, and best friend to their dog Czar.
