Charles Blake is a dynamic leader who has dedicated his career to serving his community and positively impacting society. He began his career in banking and finance before moving on to education, where he served as a founding administrator of Little Rock Preparatory Academy. Charles then took on the role of President of CenArk Transportation, where he successfully managed and led the organization. He then decided to run for office in 2014, and won a seat in the Arkansas House of Representatives. Charles quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Minority Whip and Vice Chair of the Arkansas Legislative Black Caucus. He then transitioned to serve as the Chief of Staff for Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott Jr.
