Think Rubix Welcomes Emma Willis as New Principal: A Champion for Social Impact

WASHINGTON, D.C.
-- Think Rubix, the agency for Social Impact, announces the appointment of Emma Willis as its new Principal. With a career dedicated to fighting for equity and opportunity for underserved children, families, and communities, Emma brings a wealth of experience and passion to the role.

Emma's strong background in business and her previous roles as executive director of Arkansas Bright Futures, COO for a start-up 529 app, and COO for Venture Noire have honed her skills in education, inequality, and impact. She is particularly proud of two partnerships she established, one between the State of Arkansas and Arvest Bank for college funding, and another between the University of Arkansas and the Arkansas Coalition of Marshallese for savings plans for children in need.

“When companies are looking for innovative ways to address complex problems - they need to bring strategic thinkers to the table. I am excited to join others tirelessly aiming for not just a better place for us but to dismantle the very systems that will prevent a prosperous place for all of us.” says Emma WIllis.

As Principal of Think Rubix, Emma will bring her transformative leadership and passion for education to drive the company's mission to create opportunities and solve the toughest problems in education. The company is excited to welcome her onboard and looks forward to her contributions to its growth and success.

“Emma brings added global perspective to our firm and work,” said Founder Tristan Wilkerson. “She’s an expert diversity, equity and inclusion practitioner who understands the economic challenges facing corporate, government, and philanthropic leaders. We’re excited for the growth our firm, and our clients will experience with her leadership.”
